Francesco Guarnieri
CEO and Founder
Francesco is founder and board member of SFE. He served as CEO since the incorporation of the Company in 2010. Francesco is also Senior Partner and Founder of the International Law Firm named “Guarnieri & Partners”. He specializes in tax, banking & finance matters and his extensive professional experience has been an integral piece in numerous international operations. In the past 15 years, he has also gained an extensive experience in financial field as advisor, promoter and manager of European Funds and Investment Firms. Before becoming CEO of SFE, Francesco was CFO of a multinational helicopter design and manufacturing company. He is a frequent speaker at domestic and international conferences.
Dominique Giannelli
Head of Corporate Services Malta
Dominique is an Account and Auditor by profession. He matured his vast experience working as Auditor at various International Accounting and Audit firms. During his career Dominique has focused expertise on fund industry (real estate – renewable energy) and corporate accounting and auditing. Dominique was also Portfolio Manager for Real Estate Funds. He is currently Member of the Board of Directors for EU Funds which invest in real estate and renewable fields.
Andrea Carini
Head of Corporate Services Luxembourg
With over 15 years’ experience in corporate service and legal Andrea managed, during his career, a large portfolio of clients throughout various sectors. Andrea was Director for Banks in Luxembourg leading corporate services team who have taken an active role in the field, both in local professional circles as well as internationally. He is also Partner at “Guarnieri & Partners” International Law Firm. He garnered the reputation of a distinguished Corporate Services specialist, established throughout several years of providing sound legal advice by his pragmatic approach.
Arianna Modolo
Head of Legal and Compliance
Arianna has over 10 years of experience in Legal and Compliance whose knowledge has matured when she was manager at various entities based in Switzerland and Malta. In her role of Legal and Compliance she was accountable for legal advisory and practice through entities operations. During her work experiences she also oversight a wide range of deliverables with enhanced complexity, related to industry challenges within both law and compliance frameworks.
Cristian Rusconi
Fund Platform Co-Portfolio Manager
Cristian is a Portfolio Manager by profession. He matured his vast experience working as Portfolio Manager at various European Asset Management firms. During his career Cristian was Portfolio Manager for the Private Investment Advisory office and Member of the Investment Committee and Portfolio Manager for the Discretionary Mandates business and Fund Manager of the EU Funds. Rusconi has also been a Lecturer and Teaching Assistant of Associate Professor for Econometrics, Financial Econometrics and Applied Econometrics courses at Universita’ Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan).
Christine Picco
Corporate Relationship Manager
Christine has a vast experience in company formation, administration and accounting that she matured during her work experience in Luxembourg and France. She was responsible of formation and administration services department for various providers in Luxembourg. Christine is the relationship manager of our company service provider in Luxembourg and her responsibility is to coordinate a dedicated team of employees who delivers high-quality results usually expected from larger firms but at the cost of a smaller setup.
Paventhan Savunthararasa
Head of Corporate Services Asia & Middle East
Paventhan has over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance whose knowledge has matured when he was part of an financial international network in US, UK, Switzerland and Malta. He also matured a vast experience in emerging market sector with specific focus on Middle East and Asia. Paventhan is founder and managing partner of an international business process outsourcing company, with operations in London and Colombo. During his career he served on the board of directors of numerous financial firms. He is responsible for Middle East and Asia market and he manages all the outsourced business process for SFE Group companies.
Maurizio Gattone
Business Development Manager
With a strong sales track record, Maurizio is one of the cornerstones of SFE engaged in helping our
company to grow. The primary objective of his activities is to identify new business opportunities. He
matured a vast experience working as bank manager at various Regional Banks. He is responsible of
coordinating the members of SFE’s network in South Europe (Italy, Spain and Portugal). He is Board
Member of some Securitization vehicles.
